PREVAROLow-current (ELV)Contracting & Decor

Physical security, Pro AV & building technology · Saudi Arabia & UK

Security, cinema and building systems that work before you need them.

Since 2010 we design, install, programme and maintain low-current (ELV) systems: CCTV, access control, perimeter detection, private home cinemas (Dolby Atmos), enterprise networks and power continuity. We don't sell equipment, so our recommendations answer to your site, not to a stock list.

Engineering standards & scope

Designed and commissioned to international ELV & security standards

Every system is engineered around measurable standards verified at handover, with full vendor independence.

IEC 62676-4

Video surveillance (CCTV)

Pixel-density and DORI target calculation for every scene before selecting lenses.

OSDP v2 · DESFire EV3

Access control & credentials

Encrypted reader-to-controller channels and cryptographic smart credentials.

EN 50131

Intrusion & perimeter

Graded alarm zoning, nuisance-alarm control and fibre-optic fence integration.

ISO/IEC 11801 · TIA-568

Structured cabling & networks

Dressed telecom racks, labelled patch panels and point-by-point cable testing.

EN 50171

Power continuity (UPS / CBS)

Critical load sizing, battery autonomy, solar PV and generator ATS interfaces.

Clear service boundary

We specialise in low-current (ELV), physical security, building technology and power continuity systems. We do not install fire detection or fire suppression systems; instead, we engineer and test the fire-alarm release interfaces for doors, gates and audio.

Try it

An interactive site plan

Drag any device, point at a camera to see its field of view, tap a reader to open the door or the barrier to lift it. Then lay out cameras on your own drawing with our free planner.

Drag any device, or move your pointer over the cameras to see the field of view.

Our promise

What you can count on

Problems found late on security projects are expensive: a cost that appears after award, a camera that can't see at night, a door that won't open in a fire. Here is how we prevent them.

Scope in writing

Every quotation lists what is included and what is excluded, device by device. Changes are priced before they are done.

Independent advice

We don't sell equipment, so we have no stock to clear. We specify what fits the site and explain why.

Proven at handover

Views checked against the agreed plan, doors tested in every fail mode, storage verified. You receive the test records.

Maintained from day one

A maintenance plan exists before handover, so the system doesn't decay quietly in its first year.

How a project runs

From survey to handover

  1. Survey

We walk the site, document the conditions, agree what each system must achieve.

  2. Design

Drawings, calculations, specifications and BOQ with assumptions visible.

  3. Sign-off

You review the design and a defined scope before work starts.

  4. Installation

Containment, cabling, device mounting, configuration and testing.

  5. Handover

As-built records, test sheets, training, then maintenance begins.

Tell us about the site.

Send the drawings, the scope or just the address. We reply with the questions that matter, then a survey date.
