Every sector has its own engineering demands
Since 2010 our engineers have delivered 220+ projects across luxury residences, hotels, hospitals, airports, factories, malls and government facilities in the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah, NEOM). These are the issues that shape the design in each.
Hotels & hospitality

Guests notice security only when it's bad: a lobby full of visible hardware, or a lift that won't take them to their floor. The work is to secure back-of-house, cash and storage areas tightly while keeping guest areas calm, and equipping ballrooms, screening rooms and conference suites with reliable Pro AV. Guest privacy limits where cameras may look, and room-floor access must integrate with key cards, GRMS and hospitality IPTV.
Hospitals & clinics

Hospitals are open around the clock to the public, yet hold drugs, infants and vulnerable patients. Typical needs are pharmacy and drug store access control with audit trails, infant protection, IP nurse call with escalation, and camera coverage of entrances and emergency departments that respects patient privacy. Work in clinical areas follows infection-control rules.
Government & critical sites

Government and critical sites usually come with a defined security grade, long perimeters and a central control room. They need layered detection, alarm verification by video, strict access zoning, documented user management and maintenance records that stand up to inspection.
Palaces, villas & residential compounds

Luxury palaces, private villas and residential compounds in Riyadh, Jeddah and Khobar combine perimeter security with architectural lifestyle technology: dedicated private home cinemas (Dolby Atmos, acoustic isolation, 4K/8K laser projection), smart home automation (KNX, Crestron, Control4) for lighting, HVAC, shading and multi-room audio, alongside IP video intercoms, automatic gates, CCTV, seamless Wi-Fi and backup power (UPS and hybrid solar).
Offices & commercial towers

Office towers and corporate headquarters depend on lobby flow at peak times: speed gates sized for arrivals, visitor management, lift integration and tenant access zones. Executive boardrooms, auditoriums and Pro AV conferencing are now as critical to tenants as the lobby.
Malls & retail

Malls and retail need coverage of crowds, entrances and service corridors, car parks with ANPR and guidance, paging and background music zoned by area, and loss-prevention views at tills and stock rooms.
Industrial & logistics

Factories and logistics sites have large perimeters, yards with heavy vehicle movement, high-value stock and harsh conditions: heat, dust and vibration. Thermal cameras, fibre-optic fence detection and wireless links to remote points are common.
Main contractors

For main contractors we deliver the low-current package as a specialist subcontractor: submittals, coordination drawings, installation, testing witnessed by the consultant, and handover documentation complete on the first submission.
